Dr. Alan Foster’s girlfriend Josephine is on life support with multiple organ failure. When the hospital schedules her unplugging, Alan has four days to act. He builds a surgical room in his house, kidnaps healthy women, and harvests their organs. After smuggling the organs into the hospital and killing the night staff one by one, he attempts to bring Josephine back through solo organ transplantation. But his obsession ends in failure — and death.
